SYNOPSIS

When Victorian explorer Melford Pumbleshire is eaten alive by... something while on expedition to Deepest, Darkest Africa, his redoubtable fiancee, Lady Euphonia Riggstone, must retrace his footsteps to put both an ancient evil and his unquiet spirit to rest. Along the way, she must contend with psychotic cultists, hapless male companions, and the full panoply of  horrors from H.P. Lovecraft's most fevered imaginings.

A two-fisted, lovecraftian action/adventure/horror/comedy/romance with a strong feminist bent. And a Shoggoth. Named Betsy. -- (2 F, 3 M)
